Simple rules for using AurumIQ.

AurumIQ is an Aurumpay assistant for Clover merchants. It helps answer questions about a connected Clover business, review setup, and prepare supported Clover changes for approval.

• Review every answer, approval card, price, tax, label, menu change, and business detail before relying on it.
• Only connect a Clover business you are allowed to manage.
• Do not use AurumIQ to upload or type card numbers, passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, Clover secrets, or other information that is not needed.
• Follow Clover rules, your business policies, and laws that apply to your business.

AurumIQ does not silently change Clover. Supported changes are shown for review first. A change is sent to Clover only after you approve it in AurumIQ.

• AurumIQ does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, employment, or financial advice.
• AurumIQ does not move money, issue refunds, process payments, edit orders, change people, change shifts, or change Clover account ownership from chat.
• AurumIQ does not guarantee that every Clover answer is complete or current. Clover data, permissions, and sync timing can affect what AurumIQ sees.
• Aurumpay rate reviews do not guarantee savings, approval, underwriting, hardware, or pricing outcomes.

Clover is a third-party platform. AurumIQ is provided by Aurumpay, not by Clover. Clover is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for AurumIQ unless Clover separately says so in its own terms.

AurumIQ may change, pause, or stop features as the product improves, Clover requirements change, or support needs arise. We try to keep the service useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
